LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY

• Local delivery (Kuwait) takes around 48 hours from the time of making the order (Laser-cut items may require longer duration to be prepared).
• All items will be delivered inside a suitable gift box and gift bag.
• Customers must sign the "Delivery Note" held by our delivery employee in order to receive the package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

• According to DHL delivery guidelines, International shipping takes 3-5 business days. Please note that packages incur any fees or taxes upon entering your country’s customs are the responsibility of the buyer. Any loss or damage for international packages is out of our responsibility.
• Providing the correct shipping information into our system is the buyer's responsibility during the check out process. We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost or late due to incorrect shipping information given at time of purchase.
• Please contact us prior to ordering if you wish to expedite or insure your package.
• All orders places after 5 PM Kuwait Time will automatically be considered the next day orders.

• We've made our best to portray the colors of jewelry as accurately as possible. However, colors will vary with individual monitors and subject to individual opinion. All pictures can be enlarged to show more detail.
• DERA Gifts website guarantees that your photos will be only used for preparing the locket and will be deleted from our server as soon as the order is delivered.
• Each customer gets the best quality, customer service, and price when purchasing from DERA.
